Jim Beam Signature Craft Triticale Bourbon 11 Year

Grain forward. Tea and herbal nougat. Soft. Minty finish.

I get a good amount of brown sugar on the nose, with some hints of cereal grain attached. The palate consists of mainly cereal grains from the nose mixed with some pepper that tickles the palate. The finish is quick and dry, leaving the pepper notes of the palate as the dominant expression. Absolutely enjoyable, only the finish leaves something to be desired due to the richness of the notes that are apparent on the nose and palate.

Sweet but certainly spicy.

Vanilla on the nose and sweet fruit. Very well made by Jim, just wish it came in a 750ml

Sample from Andrew during EHT Rye trade. Solid pour, sweet initially followed by a little heat. Definitely would like to have a bottle in the collection
