Ámbar. En nariz resalta un aspecto a madera salada que recuerda a los whiskies turbados. Iodo. En boca se siente un caramelo tostado con mucha presencia ahumada. Fonal medio donde se redonde el ahumado. Simple. Sin mucha profundidad pero rememorando a whiskies más complejos.

Had a pour on the rocks at The White Ash Cigar Lounge in Pawtucket, RI. This dram is a very easy sipper with hardly any alcohol notes. Moderately peaty smoke, but nothing too over the top. I got honey sweetness and a green apple like flavor with some cereal grains. Not super complex, but it matched well with a Southern Draw Jacob's Ladder cigar.

Oakier and smokier version of the classic Black Barrel.
