VERY grain-forward. It’s $20 in Oregon so worth a shot but not exceptional. I tried the
Freezer method...meh.
*update* like most Johnnie Walkers, this isn’t spectacular on its own but in a scotch n soda, it hits its stride.
It is very much not like a JW - very light, just a bit of oak and not much other taste. But I don’t really think it is so bad as many people are putting it to 0 or 1 star, it is fairly smooth and it is not unpleasant on tongue. There are better choices out there, but it isn’t that horrible.
