Tequila MixtoDistilled from at least 51% blue Weber agave, the remaining 49% can be other sugars (usually sugarcane or corn syrup). Gold is not aged; caramel coloring provides color. Blanco is not usually barrel aged, but can be up to 30 days. Reposado is aged at least 2 months. Añejo is aged at least one year. Extra Añejo is aged at least 3 years.
Tasting Notes
"Crystal clear, Cuervo Silver has a very light bouquet with hints of fresh agave, white pepper, lime peel and petrol. On the palate, a big hit of sweetness can be a bit cloying. Lime peel, lemon sorbet, white pepper and a faint hint of agave before a quick finish of lime chutney and sugar cane."
