Reviewed April 2, 2023 (edited April 8, 2023)Freshly opened bottle. First note that hits my nose is melted model airplane, followed by light sweet agave and vanilla. The melted plastic note dissipates over time. Its a little slick on the palate, semisweet, a little spicy with light notes of agave and vanilla plus a hint of something burnt, not sure what. Finish is on the short side, not unpleasant at all, a little tingle on the tongue and slightly sweet and spicy.27.99 USD per BottleCostco Wholesale -

Reviewed May 4, 2022Very smooth and elegant entry with a vanilla forward overtone. The agave flavor is clean, fresh and warm. What is most intriguing about this spirit is the blend of differing woods and agings. There is a fair amount of dry tannin in the overall character, but it is well balanced by the agave, almost giving it a sweet corn similarity. We definitely recommend this as a sipper, but it will also work as a stellar highlight in an anejo cocktail. A welcome addition to the Cuervo portfolio!
