Journeyman Distillery Featherbone Organic Bourbon

Tastes like a cask strength Speyside kinda. Not super sweet but nothing really stands out either.

Sweet vanilla, citrus, and spice on the nose. The vanilla stays on the palate coupled with pepper spice. It coats the mouth, but the finish isn't long. It has notes of fruit and caramel with continued spice to the end.

Corn forward with a spicy back. Short finish. Nice

Nose: carmel, sweet Body: sweet carmel Finish: wood and leather

An interesting bourbon. Notes of a woody corn come to mind but truly nothing distinguishes itself out front. Some hints of a possible floral flavor far on the backside. I will say there is a flavor that steps out at the beginning but i just cannot make that identification.

Sweet, brown sugar, a bit oily
