Tasting Notes
"The nose on this gin shows a very complex combination of dried spruce, bright coriander, and cracked pepper. The palate is surprisingly spicy and it’s not just the alcohol as clear flavors of peppercorn and toasted Casia linger on the finish. On repeated tasting some very pleasant floral tones join the spice. A great gin for bold cocktails but be forewarned that this has a bit of heat!"
