⌚: 🍾 First uncorking, let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: First off, the packaging is impressive, suggesting that perhaps what's inside is also probably impressive 🤔; light golden hues, coppery, uniform legs; 👃: Honeysuckle notes, vanilla, baking spices, cola, some oak, ethanol on the back end; 👅: Sweet milk tea boba notes at the outset, more honey, creamy goodness, thick like simple syrup; 🏁: The creamy taste lingers for awhile, a little fruitiness develops in the middle which gives way to a floral taste similar to Hibiki, this isn't complicated, complex nor nuanced which might be a good thing for beginner tasters.

As good of an expression as this is. I am on the fence if it’s worth me spending another 112 for another bottle… for the same price range and cheaper I can have some expressions I prefer.

My first Taiwanese whisky. The aroma and flavor are rather generic. There’s oak and vanilla, plus some floral and fruity elements. It’s pleasant enough, but having sampled it I certainly wouldn’t spend $110 on a bottle. 3 cl sample from The Premium Whisky Advent Calendar (2020 Edition).

Vanilla, a bit sweet aroma. Gentle, well balanced, body.
