Tasting Notes
"The blast of peat on the nose has a distinctly bright saline quality about it. It's intense, but it doesn't dominate completely enough to conceal the more subtle but rich malty notes. That maltiness bursts through on the palate, accompanied by some milk chocolate and honeyed notes, but the power of the peat is truly felt in the dry finish when the bitter saline note takes its time to depart.
