Tasting Notes
"The nose is like a fruit rollup that's been kept in a leather satchel next to a stick of cinnamon gum for at least a season or two. There are lively fruit and spice flavors up front, but a heavy charred oak influence washes over the palate. While the structure remains fairly intact, there is quite a bit of char and leatheriness in the finish, in keeping with mature bourbon styles. "
