"The flavors and aromas are like a boozy snickerdoodle baked from rye flour. Scents of rye toast, fennel seed, clove, nutmeg, pepper, and brown butter fill the nose. The medium weight palate lands with a mix of well integrated baking spices, dried herb mix, apple juice, and sweet, buttery caramel. The viscosity of the whiskey binds the flavors well for a long, satisfying finish. "
