Kings County Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Batch 11. 6 years old. I'm not a scotch guy, preferring bourbon and rye. This bourbon has some scotch notes resulting from the English malt. Still, very nice as a change of pace.

Incredible, sweet and smooth. Cherry nose. Maple and smoke palette. Oak finish

Shares the scotch flavor profile of the single malt, but deeper, richer, more amber, a little closer to the character & mouthfeel of their barrel proof. I favor the barrel proof over it, but the bottled-in-bond is very good, a terrific bridge between bourbon and scotch.

Tasted from a 50ml sample. Flavorful with Carmel, vanilla, oak and cherry notes, perfect amount of heat, warming medium finish.
