Produced in 'New York City's oldest operating distillery' Kings County Distillery has been around since 2010 and are located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Their bourbon is made from a mash bill of New York State-grown corn and malted barley from the UK. Aged in new, charred oak for at least two years. Bottled at 90 proof. Typically sold in 200ml sized bottles.

"The nose is very young and grain forward. The palate has a little bit of heat along with toasted grains with a hint of melted butter and cinnamon sugar. The finish is quick-to-moderate and rather thin; alcohol heat with a touch of burnt sugar being the only things really coming through. While the lack of aging shows, the bourbon is showing great promise and is definitely headed in the right direction."
