Kinsey 7 Year Whiskey
Other Whiskey
Kinsey // USA
This whiskey is an interpretation of a "classic Pennsylvania whiskey" originally made by the Continental Distilling Co which was the owner of the Kinsey brand up through the early 70s. The revival comes from New Liberty Distillery who has made it their goal to pay tribute to all of their state's historic whiskey making.
This was sourced then blended and bottled in Pennsylvania by Master Distiller Robert J. Cassell.

Tasting Notes
"For a 100% corn whiskey it has a surprising aroma. It begins light and sugary, almost like bubblegum. The taste is floral and herbal with black licorice combined with vanilla. The finish is shorter than expected but there's a bizarre artificial sweetener note that sticks with you for awhile."
