Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Great smokey rich flavor. Not to much of an after taste burn.

Honey and vanilla up front with some cinnamon and spice on the tail. Good budget bourbon for everyday sipping.

Sweet smelling, but alcohol flavor on the nose. Spicy, not a big bite. Herby, smooth and some sweetness, good amount of peanut butter. Much smoother than it smells. Good for sipping as it’s not a strong aftertaste. Good everyday sipper but not blown away. More earthy than sweet.
