Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve

Oaky nose. Vanilla , sweet and syrupy. A dash of water cuts the alcohol, but half an ice cube skyrockets the alcohol burn.

The KCSB Reserve is my favorite. Even over other barrel proof single barrels. I’ve got bottles with better flavor, but I find the tingle on the palate with the perfect balance of sweet to be an experience I go back to over and over.
