Knockmore Irish Whiskey

A creamy, blended whiskey aged for 8 - 10 years in flame-charred bourbon casks in Ireland’s County Mayo. It has a delicate birth with notes of vanilla & spice; while an easy life adds notes of grain, toasty oak & smoke; that leads to a long & rich finish with notes of vanilla. August 2018 / September 2022

The nose on this one is sweet, reminiscent of honey, and slightly medicinal, giving off a alcohol vapors. The palate is almost like a bourbon with a ton of sweetness, and flavors of oak, honey, and molasses. Not bad at all.

It’s fine. Inoffensive, very light

Another excellent Irish whiskey, similar to The Quiet Man.
