Bare Knuckle Straight Bourbon

This is a pleasant enough young wheater that would benefit greatly from a couple more years in the barrel. Typical sweetness with a warm, but not too hot finish. Overpriced for a 2 year old bourbon.

Smells sweet, very warm, a little simple. Easy to drink. Mixer?

Kinda sweet, warm, toasted, a little woody. Clean finish, no burn

Tastes almost like a scotch!

Nose: corn, caramel, cherries Palate: sweet corn, caramel Finish: spice, leather, syrup

Very sweet up front, but a slightly unpleasant finish.

strong corn flavor. not very complex. Too young.
