Glencairn/Neat Nose: sweet corn, sharp/ethanol, mint Taste: caramel, butter, erhanol, peanut butter Finish: long barrel charr This was a nexk pour for me, but tgis cane off very sharp. The pro was it was a nice long finish and good bite but the flavors didnt pop out for me. Ice added I just taste barrel char… im hoping after tge me k pour it get ls better but this was tough at first sip

Waited for this! Love the sweet Canadian corn whiskey! Smelled of sweet brown sugar and sugar cookie! The taste mimicked the smell but what really stood out to me was the viscosity of like maple syrup and the flavor just sat on your palate. I love this the most out of 4-8!

Bought this bottle because seagrass is amazing and read this was pretty good for being cheaper then it’s siblings… tasting this with a Glencairn and a Norlan glass neat. Nose: slight caramel, baking spice, rye spice, a little heat Taste: lots of heat building up, it’s like a bourbon and rye whiskey fighting for the dominant flavor profile. Sweet caramel followed by rye spice Finish: hot! Medium mouthfeel, lots of dark chocolate and oak spice. This is my second time trying it and first time I was not a fan. I think at first I was drinking a bourbon then the rye whiskey came up then it was the finish of dark chocolate. I’m perplexed by this but after a few sips my mouth is numb, kinda like it. May use this to freak some friends out or put it in mixed drinks… it was a spontaneous buy but I may do my research better next time.

Nose: sweet bread, honey, warm spice Taste: honey, bourbon start but quickly spice/ethanol/eucalyptus catches up Finish: rye spice, tobacco, medium burn leaving the tobacco in your mouth like a cigar

Nose: chocolate malt, bread, sweet corn Taste: sweet corn followed by chocolate malt with what tastes like sour dough Finish: medium hints of chocolate and that off sour dough finish
