Tried and purchased at the tasting room in Ledbetter. 4-5 year old Kentucky sour mash aged in Texas. 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt. 86 proof, but good flavor and complexity even at the lower proof. Honey, cake, vanilla, orange, cream, sweet pastry, cinnamon.
