Chino y Manso Sahuayo 48.51% Campfire plastic nose. Shaving cream perfume note. Smoke is mild but present especially at the front with some vegetal sweetness. Short to medium finish.

Crisp clean flavor (think blanco tequila). Cuts through food to cleanse palate.

On the nose smoky, with notes of mint, earth, grilled pineapple, wood, roasted agave, grass and savory herbs/spices. Very herbal, minty, savory and fruity on the palate. Flavors include grilled pineapple, savory spices, mint and earth. Very complex. Very good.
