Tasting Notes
"La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry has a pale golden color and is very aromatic. The aromas here lean more towards the herbal and bitter with a bit of a foresty and menthol back note. These follow through on the palate which is high in acidity. Very much not a neutral vermouth, but would work when wanting to amp up the herbal and bitter note in your cocktail."
