Laphroaig 10 Year Cask Strength (Batch 5)

Oaky vanilla cinnamon bomb that reade almost like a high-proof bourbon initially that then beautifully transitions into an islay mid pallate and finish. Absolutely delicious.

Nose: more vanilla and sweet fruit (mango or melon for me) and less peat than the normal 10yo Palate: mouth covering, briny, vanilla, ash, bit o pungenrf spice, but absolutely not too harsh, herbal notes. Much more body vs the normal 10yo Finish: sticky, ash, sweetness, herbal

First time having this brand. Omg! The taste is impeccable. The smoke and peaty hits your palate and gives off an aroma that is earthy. The cask strength packs punch! You will get seasoned with this cask strength. I like it neat. This is another variation that is hard to find in va abc stores.
