Tasting Notes
"This is a frolic through a field of lavender, but what about the other plants in gin’s garden? The nose is brimming with fresh lavender and if you go down to the stems you’ll find some dry citrus peel as well. The palate is more lavender but there is some coriander buried deep. The finish is a bit bitter and soapy. An Aviation seems a natural choice but would also make a good Tom Collins."
