Reviewed September 24, 2023Grass, malted grains, bread, yeast. Remind me of the westland asm. Just raw and wonderful. Not just boring caramel, vanilla, oak one dimensional bourbon notes. Its focused on the mashbill and not just the barrel like most american whiskeys. Lovely. -

Reviewed December 27, 2021 (edited June 14, 2022)You definitely pick up the malted barley in the mashbill in both the nose and the taste. It has a fresh grassy flavor in a good way along with a lot of the standard Bourbon notes. It is doing something different though in a mashbill I've never seen before with 20% malted barley being the second grain. I like when there's a Bourbon that does something different because so many of them offer very similar notes on the palate and this one did not disappoint. Cheers!57.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed July 8, 2021 (edited October 28, 2021)Tasting neat: Nose offers honey dew, dried vanilla and slight allspice with fragrant wood and apricot. Palate bring chatted wood and butterscotch, with slight savory meat and honey. Finish is hot and long.
