"Deep crimson in color, almost like a pinot noir with a sweet-pie cherry nose. Tart initially giving way to the same sweet-pie cherry mid-palate. Lingering earthy finish with notes of vanilla and spice. (Would be great in a dessert cocktail or even poured over ice cream.)"
