Introduced in 2024, The Infinite is a limited edition annual series within the Little Book portfolio featuring whiskeys produced across three generations of the Noe family: Booker Noe, Fred Noe, and Freddie Noe. Each year, new components are added to the original blend. Edition II features a 22-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (KSBW) distilled by Booker, a 10-year-old KSBW distilled by Fred, and a 7-year-old KSBW distilled by Freddie using an extended fermentation process, along with a portion of The Infinite Edition I.
Bottled at 60.4% ABV, it will be available in limited quantities nationwide beginning November 2025. (SRP $199.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is like spiced bittersweet cocoa with cherries presented in a leather cup. The palate is quite oily and malty, with sweet flavors of cocoa malt, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove, with a heavy oakiness and bitter walnut trailing the back palate. There's a faint note of pinecone toward the finish, which also has hints of tart cherry and chocolate. "
