"Without reading the label this may come off as a simple and savory gin. A powerful aroma of lemon zest, cracked peppercorns, and pine needles. Dry and spicy peppercorns are naturally front and center on the palate. There is some refreshing pine and tart stone fruit towards the end. Though the finish is a bit abrupt. Who knew peppercorns could do so much?"
