Reviewed May 6, 2021 (edited May 29, 2021)Brandy de Jerez aged around 15 years in a mixture of Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. Enticing on the nose with toasted oak, vanilla, figs, raisins, amaretto, caramel and light spices. Rich and sweet, yet not cloying, quite supple on the palate with raisins, wood notes, barrel spices, vanilla, caramel, orange marmalade and hints of milk chocolate. Medium length finish with and nutty, sweet and wee bitter notes. Oh man, this is love at first taste. -
