Reviewed May 20, 2021 (edited May 29, 2021)Brandy de Jerez aged around 10 years in Oloroso casks. Not as sweet nor as refined as the “Finest Selection”. Oak, vanilla, figs, caramel and light spices on the nose. A little rough on the palate with raisins, wood notes, barrel spices, vanilla, caramel and hints of milk chocolate. Medium finish with nutty, bitter-sweet notes. A couple drops of water smoothed the rough edges.
