Spice, oak, cherry, caramel, fig. This bourbon is meant for holidays and the dead of winter. Warm and inviting. Spicy and sweet. And if your family bothers you, drink enough of it and nothing will matter :)

Smells fruity with a dryness that is hard to explain. The dryness probably comes from the oak with a spice that isnt overpowering. The nose is complex and inviting. The sugar balances out the dry spice that hang on the nose. The heat and spice is very pronounced on the tongue. Tobacco and oak is prominent with a slight bit of fruitiness. The finish is dry with a backend of oak heat that intensifies and then disappates. When you think the tobacco spice, leather and oak might be a bit much, the dark fruit sugar brings it back and goes away as fast as it came. Medium long finish.
