Tasting Notes

"Corn dominates the nose, but it's corn with a unique and surprisingly woody edge. Let's toss in a little herbal epazote while we're at it. Corn again leads the way on the palate as wood diminishes and a sweetness emerges only to dominate the medium-long finish."
