"Despite its low mash bill percentage, malty wheat comes across first on a relatively hot nose that additionally suggests Japanese sake. There's less heat on the palate where corn dominates in accord with its percentage. White Pike might appeal to white lightning aficionados as a sipper, but its highest use is likely as a mixer with citrus and tomato."
