Macallan Rare Cask

Exquisite. Raisins and vanilla, with sherry hats, having a party in your mouth. The finish is long, and filled with chocolate. This is a very complex, very satisfying, immensely drinkable whisky

Complex wood aroma. Wood fire and spice on the tongue, pretty rich and incredibly spicy. Love the strength of it. There is fruit sweetness underneath but for me it shows up more on the tail strangely enough. Excellent.

Nose:sweet, raisins, light spice Taste: light, sweet, minor spice, toffee Very light finish

So smooth and easy drinking. Sits so nice on the tongue. Wish there was something in the aftertaste
