Maker's Mark 46 French Oaked

Strong aroma of baking spices and vanilla with a hint of cherry. Pallette begins with strong oak and spice that gives way to caramel, vanilla, toffee, and a hint of apple. Not quite as sweet as the standard label but just as smooth.

Nose is sweet with notes of vanilla, caramel, apple, citrus and cinnamon dominating. Butterscotch and vanilla are prominent on the front palate. Palate evolves to an oaky and cinnamon profile, before finishing with a leathery and drying note that lasts for a short length.
