Maker's Mark Cask Strength

Lots of Pepper, strong caramel, vanilla

Worth the buy if you can find it. Spicy and strong

Nose suprisingly is not spicy or have a lit of burn like some other barrel proofs. Tobacco smells are the most predominant for me. The spice starts on the middle of the tongue and continues to creep to the back. Good tastes of citrus and vanilla to help balance the spice.

Neat. Came back to this one after a month or two. Hot damn this really came alive. Nose is deep caramel, floral, little nutty. Nice, syrupy mouth feel. Hits you with the same flavors on the palate. Really blew me away compared to the first impression.
