Maker's Mark Cask Strength

Very pleasant fruit forward nose. Apple, cherry and vanilla along with some burnt caramel. The palate as quite a bit to offer. Begins with apple pie before oak become noticeable. Butterscotch on the finish along with some great spice. Really nice balanced bourbon here between the bright and dark notes. There's everything you'd want along with an even amount of spice. It's an easy sipper for the proof, and a tasty one.

Marshmallow , very similar to weller antique 107, little higher ethanol up front and at tail end. No surprises- its 110. But for price poimt, my new go to. No rye in this mashbill

Grainy cherry and vanilla nose with some grass. Cherry menthol middle and finish with some sawdust thrown in.
