Maker's Mark Cask Strength

Classic MM taste. For what was 113 proof, it had to be the smoothest bourbon I've ever had. I don't think it was worth the price, though.

Smell notes: very strong smell that does not dissipate even after letting settle. Notes of vanilla, citrus, and floral. Tasting notes: strong burn that begins and continues while it is held in the mouth. Leaves with a slow burn that feels oily. Do not breathe in through the mouth after swallowing as it moves the burn to the throat. Strong tastes of vanilla and small hints of butterscotch.
