White WhiskeyDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"The nose of this white whiskey tingles with the agricultural rawness of a young spirit. Though it's relatively high proof and lacks ageing, it's not too hot on the palate, with a mitigating sweetness and a long, grainy finish. Oats are an interesting addition to the mashbill, and the spice of rye is nicely balanced. It's a good white whiskey, but one wonders how it might be improved if that "kiss" of oak lasted a little longer. "
