"Marolo's 12 year-old Barolo grappa increases the proof to 100 to create a flavorful, full-bodied spirit. On the palate it brings notes of candied orange peel, caramel, banana brûlée, and a long, spicy finish. Though a bit hot, it has the nuance to justify its higher proof. End the night with this one, because there's not much that can follow it."
