Very different, baked apple pie, burnt banana cream pie, butterscotch, pepper, vanilla marshmallow, lemon, sugar, sour grapes, charred oranges, molasses, coconut, roasted bananas, lemon. 110 proof. 78% white corn, 17% rye, 5% malt. Batch 85, barrel new number 4 char. My favorite bourbon.

Strange note of kneeded dough on the nose. Vanilla, oak, char, and continued doughy-ness. Ice doesn’t change much.
