Benchmark No. 8 Bourbon

It doesn't have a wide flavor profile, but very smooth, no alcohol heat as it is on 80 proof. I recommend getting a bottle just because of the price of $11 locally.

For the price ($9), this can't be beat. Super smooth. Hardly any Kentucky hug. Finishes with a cherry note that's only slightly too strong for my ideal. Extraordinarily drinkable.
