Mellow Corn Bottled in Bond Whiskey

For a budget whisky, Mellow Corn is pretty tasty. Sweet, honey butter corn dust, with a bit of vanilla. There’s some pepper, but you should expect that for a young 50% ABV whiskey. I’m glad I tried it but will most likely not repeat this one.

Smooth sweet. Vanilla and oak. Slight spicy finish. Good.

Mellow corn is accurate, and enjoyable

It tastes like the name sort of says. Tastes like corn. Mellow wouldn’t be the first thought though. Seems like it would be good in some cocktails honestly

Lots of alcohol on the nose. Sweet on the mouth with a creamy corn taste. Finish is a little harsh

Sweet corn and vanilla. Little to no finish.

Better than I expected at this bargain price. Not great neat but it makes a nice smooth mixer.
