Mellow Corn Bottled in Bond Whiskey

Had to do it for whiskey education, if nothing else. 90% corn. Obviously, there’s not a lot of complexity here. Sweet-ish, creamy corn oil with more than a little heat. Honestly, I don’t hate it.

Don't be fooled, it's a pleasant enough sipper, if it was a Balcones product you could tripple the price and still think it reasonable. It's even better if you mix it 50/50 with Brimstone.
