Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

The nose green apples with caramel, pepper and hints of baking spices, vanilla and oak. The palate is mouth coating and a bit oily, with apple sweetness going alongside well with pepper, butterscotch and oak. The finish is long, nutty and creamy with lingering pepper, vanilla, smoke and oak. Excellent.

Toasted oak, vanilla to the nose. Fresh fruit. Earthy finish. Seem to like better more I drink.
