"This whiskey hits all the classic rye notes, with a tangy kick. Sweet herbal aromatics of dill, thyme, and oregano along with green apple and baking spices hit the nose. The palate is vibrant and zesty, with flavors of tart apple, clove, black pepper, and cinnamon, though less herbal on the tongue than the nose. The finish has a clean spark of heat, with a lingering honeyed sweetness mixing with the citric tang and spice. "
