RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"A scintillating whiff of anise, mint, dill, and spicy cinnamon practically call attention to the nose. The palate is a three-part tasting sensation. The sharp spices (clove, cinnamon, black pepper) hit first, followed by a pleasantly oily, toffee-like richness, and ending with a delicate earthiness. Honeyed apple sweetness carries the flavors into a finish that tastes of charred oak, but not too much of it. "
