Good nose notes, strong vanilla with just the right sweetness.
Taste is smooth with heavy vanilla easing into a mellow spice that sits on the tongue a while
Nose of honey, caramel, pit fruits, and vanilla... Palate of raisins, corn, a bit of spice, cinnamon... Finish of oak, dried fruit, and spice... It was light, and pleasantly lingered along...

Smooth! I know it’s a bit lower proof than WT101 (my go-to for comparisons), but it’s noticeably smoother. Very enjoyable, if a bit more expensive. This bottle ran me $38.

Too much oak oil taste and missing what I expect in a bourbon. Some hints of spice when you add a touch of water. Tried to use it in my bourbon but it made it bitter.
