Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

A solid choice. Smells of pit fruits and a touch of smoke. Honey, vanilla , and sweet corn lead to a sour cherry and honey sweet finish. Delayed cinnamon burn and light-medium body.

This bourbon is too young for my pallet. The astringency is overwhelming throughout.

Dull, sharp bite. After taste is much better.

Real smooth up front with a candy sweetness. Nice cinnamon spice on the finish.
