Neat. Clear, golden straw color. Aroma of agave, butterscotch, vanilla with some oak, green herbs, pineapple, and earth. Taste is nicely balanced and true to nose. Agave, light butterscotch, vanilla, slight milk chocolate, balanced by some dry oak, cinnamon, pepper and herbs. The butterscotch and vanilla run into the long finish more than other tequilas, but also dries out with those oak tannins along with some cinnamon bark and light pepper
Unique with its evolution of flavors. When I taste butterscotch, I'm expecting a cloyingly sweet drink, but this actually only starts moderately sweet, but then finishes pretty dry
A little pricey, but this is an honest, quality tequila that justifies it
